Booking Guidelines

To make a reservation, there must be two people in the rental party over the age of 25 and that will be staying at the property during the rental period.

Cancelations

All cancelations made 60 days before the start date of the rental period, will receive a full refund. Any cancelations made within the 60 day period will not receive a refund.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check in is after 4pm on the day of arrival and check out is at 10am on the day of departure.

Liabilities

All units are privately owned. The owner and FMB Vaca Rentals shall be held harmless from any and all claims arising from the rental of the unit by the guest. The owner and FMB Vaca Rentals are not responsible for any lost or stolen items of the guests.

FMB Vaca Rentals will not be liable for and property damage or personal injury due to guest negligence or will full actions or admissions by the guest or there invitees.

The guest assumes all responsibility for personal liability while renting the property.

There are no lifeguards on duty at any of the properties.

The use of the pool and spa is done so at the guests discretion and sole responsibility.

Our guests will not violate any city, county of state law in or about the rented property.

Any unlawful activity or excessive disturbances are grounds for eviction and/or law enforcement involvement.

Smoking

All properties are non smoking. A $500.00 cleaning fee will be charged if it is determined that the guest smoked in the property.

Maximum occupancy is set by the fire department and all guests must adhere to this. The occupancy includes adults, children and infants.

Quiet Hours

Quite time is from 10 pm to 8am.
